Continuing Education

Education is one of PHCCVA’s top priorities. Whether you are a business owner, journeyman or apprentice, PHCCVA has educational opportunities for you.

Pursuant to the Code Section below, PHCCVA (Plumbing,Heating Cooling Contractors of Virginia) will be offering, at different times and locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, Continuing Education Classes in Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Electric Code and Fuel Gas Code. The dates and locations may be found on this website, and as soon as registration forms are available, they may be downloaded from the website. For a list of other approved providers of continuing education, please go to the DPOR website listing all approved providers of continuing education for the trades. PHCCVA is by no means the only source of these classes, but as a service to all Plumbing, HVA, Electric and Fuel Gas contractors, we will provide classes as often and in as many locations as we possibly can. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call us at 800-947-7450.

Before you take courses  through  PHCCVA, read the state code (below) which requires you to take continuing education credits. See what your options are, learn about other course providers, and keep your license current according to state laws.
