PHCC VA is the only trade association representing both plumbing and HVAC contractors, and affiliated with Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, the oldest trade association in the United States. We are actively seeking reputable contractors, and hope you will consider joining us in promoting the plumbing and HVAC trades around the state. 

PMPV is an extremely active membership driven organization. We are constantly present during Board for Contractors and Virginia Apprenticeship Council meetings, and we have been active in efforts to garner industry support for vocational programs around the state.   We are also a regular presence at the Virginia General Assembly advocating on behalf of our members on issues related to general business, licensing, apprenticeship and training. 

We also strive to be the training source for the industry.  Other training and educational opportunities, such as backflow certification, leadership, business management and code updates, are held in various locations
around the state on a regular basis.
